happy wednesday!

It's been fun reading about everyone's plans for the summer... lots of swimming and picnics planned... many babies, and big moves too! I'll be joining in on the swimming and picnics - not so much with the babies or moving!!!

  5. What cute giveaway.
    Quick dinner, I must say take out wins with me,Siibay, chinese.... But we do like freezer waffles and ready mix salads with a lot of throw ins, phony crab , ham, tuna, left over meat ie chickhen, roast, canned veggies, cheeese, nuts, seeds...... you name it. Very filling and popular.

    well...I am cheating...because leftovers are really the quickest...pretty them up a bit and they look better than new ;)

  7. Pasta with a jar of sauce, garlic bread ( I used hamburger rolls the other night!) and a bag of salad mix! The thing that takes the longest is boiling the pasta. Quick and feels like a real meal!

  9. LOL! My husband believes that any leftovers can be made perfect just by putting cheese on top and heating it up in the oven!

  12. My quickest meal I found was Spegettii, only takes a 1/2hour to boil the noodles and fry the hamberger and add the sauce.

  13. Dependng on if I have chicken handy - slice up the chicken and saute in a pan with a little garlic and pepper.
    Heat up the water for the noodles
    Add a jar of Bertolli garlic alfredo sauce to the chicken, add a can of chicken stock. slowly heat up.
    Microwave cut up cauliflour, carrots and broccoli and add it to the sauce.
    Add more pepper, parsley to taste
    When the noodles are done add it to the sauce and mix everything

  14. We stop at Costco and get a rotisserie chicken and make quesadillas when we're hungry in a hurry! Thanks for the giveaway!
